Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate Product Managers and BA in selecting criteria for campaigns&039; customers communication, data verification, fulfillment and report reconciliation
• Other administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing, booking events...)
• Consolidate and deliver leads to Sales team for calling activities on daily basis
• Draft, brief and follow- up with stakeholders for communication collaterals
• Book and manage end- to- end customer communication calendar
• Coordinate with related stakeholders (external: vendors, partners and internal: MKT, CMOC, ERC, PPU, Finance) on monthly payment management
