Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for anDeputy Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19710, 1200USD):
HR Compliance & Employee Relations:Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, internal policies, and audit requirements
Training, Development & Culture:Coordinate with the TMD (Training & Management Development) team to implement training and people development programs
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operation:Coordinate with the C&B team to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation
HR Reporting & Data Analysis:Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and labor cost
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:Lead and manage recruitment activities to meet workforce demands for a large- scale manufacturing environment
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/Female, under 40
Strong hands- on experience in Recruitment, C&B, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Training & Culture
Experience in FDI manufacturing companies with 500+ employees (textile/garment industry preferred)
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
