Job Description
• Retail Concept Development: Develop interior design concepts for showrooms, retail stores,
exhibitions, office
spaces aligned with Everon brand identity
• Technical Design & POS Optimization: Prepare technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max,
SketchUp) and optimize
customer experience at Point of Sale (POS)
• Project & Budget Management: Plan design proposals, control project costs and timelines
• Supplier & Contractor Management: Source, evaluate, negotiate with vendors, contractors,
furniture suppliers
• Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Technical teams to ensure
• Construction Supervision: Monitor construction quality, ensure brand standard compliance

Requirements
• Solid understanding of technical drawings & construction process
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• Experience in retail design / showroom chain / store design
• Ability to work independently & solve problems effectively
• Good sense of aesthetics, materials, lighting design in retail
• Good English communication (working with expats & managers)
• Willing to travel for projects
• Strong project management, negotiation, cost control skills
