Contract and Handover Management

Prepare service overlays to identify potential clashes.
Organize and manage service relocation applications.
Review contracts and handover documentation from the Estimating department.
Review and approve shop drawings.Project Handover
Create sleeve plans in CAD for site set- out.
Prepare project handover documentation for relevant departments.
Assess RBS checklist to ensure BP compliance.Consultant and Drawing Management
Ensure compliance with city pre- commencement conditions.
Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
Coordinate design drawing reviews against the contract scope of works.Legal Procedures and Services
Raise and track consultant variations as required.
Define scope of works for consultant engagement and design parameters.

· Strong ability to self- manage and work to schedule – prioritizing tasks, delegation as required
· Ability to comprehend and work within project parameters
· Knowledge of construction codes and standards
· Proficiency in the use of CAD
· Clear and proven understanding of construction methodology
· Ability to identify opportunities and risks
· Knowledge and background in review and management of architectural and/or structural shop drawings
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with people from all levels of an organisation
· Demonstrated ability to read and understand detailed construction plans and documentation and agreements
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and follow through
· 4+ years Design experience
· Clear understanding of the design process
