JOB PURPOSEYou will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the brand online. You are the expert of your channel, category, consumer and market knowledge and use this to steer your own activation plan. Brand Managers are focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for achieving Brand objectives with respects sales volume:• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for e- com channel. Including the consumer & customer centric business plans in collaboration with commercial teams, collaborate with transactional media partner/manager to build a performance media strategy.• Be able to extract and read data to understand consumer insights and market shifts to develop strong sell- out plans driving growth.• Oversee and input into the development of operational brand plans.• Propose and monitor brand activities in order to address identified brand issues.• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends.• Manage external agencies and suppliers (expert partners).Drive innovation and creativity in products and brand activities:• Drive product development projects in assigned brands.• Collaborate with R&D and project team to develop the online strategy for launch and propose product to launch online.• Increase brand awareness of categories/brands.• Ensure application of best practice of brand management tools.• Analyze and propose relevant research studies.• Utilize research data/findings and market information effectively.Implement A&P Budget effectively to ensure ROI:• Manage the impact of each cost element on brand/online business profitability.• Control brand support expenditure.• Improve brand profitability through implementing cost control measures.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Ideally 5- 6 years of Marketing/ Online Marketing experience preferably HPC/Beauty in FMCG
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in English.
• Strategic thinking, analytical thinking and critical thinking.
• Skills in digital marketing ranging from monitor analytics, interpreting data, implementing effective CRM campaigns to target core consumers effectively.
• A considered, analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers, problem solving, stakeholder management
• Commercial acumen
• Good articulation & conceptual thinking and strong project management skills.
• Experience developing concepts and product innovations.
• A passion for marketing, the online space and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated high performance in project management
