60% Performance Marketing & Conversion
- Support marketplace growth (Shopee/TikTok Shop/others as applicable): traffic campaigns, promo calendars, and product/creative hygiene (in coordination with channel owner).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) with clear objectives: bookings, delivery orders, ecommerce GMV, and lead gen.
- Manage budget pacing and efficiency: ROAS/CPA/CAC guardrails; reallocate to winners and cut waste fast.
- Run weekly performance reviews: what worked, what didn’t, what gets repeated—then propose next experiments.
- Own conversion surfaces: landing pages, booking links, ecommerce PDP/CRO basics, and tracking links/UTMs; coordinate fixes with web/vendor.
- Build a creative testing system: hooks, offers, formats; brief design/video; iterate weekly based on results.
30% Owned Channels, Content Ops & Measurement
- Maintain content publishing ops: calendar, scheduling, basic community management hand- off, plus UGC/KOC sourcing and rights management when needed.
- Work cross- functionally with Ops, E- com, CS, and Product/R&D to translate launches into digital assets (KV, menu pages, product pages, FAQs) and keep them updated.
- Maintain website and social hygiene: updates, SEO basics, pixel/tag governance, and Google Business Profile/Maps fundamentals.
- Own the measurement stack: GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio dashboards; ensure clean event naming, UTM discipline, and explicit attribution assumptions.
10% — Marketing & Event Operations
- Support co- marketing and partner activations
- Help run onsite moments: seasonal menus, tasting nights, limited drops, holiday gift pushes.
- Coordinate cross- functionally (Ops, Sales, CS, Kitchen/R&D, Retail/Marketplace) to ensure campaigns are executable.
- Drive UGC/KOC loops (briefing, seeding, reposting, rights management).

Requirement: Must have a personal laptop
Strong paid media fundamentals across Meta/TikTok/Google; comfortable optimizing with both numbers and creative.
Tracking literacy: GA4, GTM, UTMs, and basic attribution thinking; can troubleshoot common measurement issues.
2–4 years in digital marketing execution; experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle is a strong advantage.
Traits that matter: ownership, speed with standards, curiosity, and bias for action.
Content operations discipline: briefs, timelines, asset management, and vendor coordination across multiple business units.
