Quảng cáo trả phí (Performance Marketing)

Thực hiện A/B testing nội dung, hình ảnh và landing page nhằm cải thiện tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, content, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Lập kế hoạch, triển khai và tối ưu quảng cáo trên Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube) và TikTok Ads.Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
Theo dõi, phân tích và tối ưu các chỉ số hiệu quả: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL.Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CPL.

Tracking & Phân tích dữ liệu

Đề xuất các phương án tối ưu dựa trên dữ liệu thực tế và kết quả đo lường.Propose optimization strategies based on real data and performance insights.
Thiết lập, vận hành và sử dụng các công cụ: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics.Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics.
Lập báo cáo hiệu quả Digital Marketing theo tuần/tháng với số liệu và biểu đồ rõ ràng.Prepare weekly/monthly Digital Marketing performance reports with clear data and visual charts.

SEO & Content hỗ trợ chuyển đổi/ SEO & Conversion- Oriented Content

Phối hợp xây dựng nội dung chuẩn SEO cho bài blog, landing page và nội dung quảng cáo.Collaborate on creating SEO- friendly content for blog posts, landing pages, and ad creatives.
Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả SEO cơ bản: traffic, thứ hạng từ khóa và chuyển đổi từ organic.Monitor basic SEO performance including traffic, keyword rankings, and organic conversions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Cập nhật xu hướng Digital Marketing, công nghệ và thuật toán quảng cáo mới.Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, technologies, and advertising algorithm changes.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Content, Design và Sales team để đảm bảo mục tiêu chung của dự án.Work closely with Content, Design, and Sales teams to achieve shared project objectives.

Hiểu rõ và có khả năng theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số đo lường hiệu quả quảng cáo (CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, v.v.).Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc..
Thành thạo Facebook Ads, Google Ads và TikTok Ads.Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm Digital MarketingAt least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing; candidates with strong and professional data tracking skills are preferred.
Có tư duy làm việc theo KPI và dữ liệu, không vận hành chiến dịch dựa trên cảm tính.Data- driven and KPI- oriented mindset; not driven by assumptions or intuition.
