Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description
This is a full- time, on- site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing and analyzing social media activities, creating engaging web content, and using analytic tools to enhance the company’s online and digital presence. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to support brand development and drive customer engagement.
Franchise Lead Generation

Work closely with Sales/Franchise team to improve lead quality and conversion rate
Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate franchise leads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads…)
Optimize lead forms, landing pages, and funnel performance

Build brand credibility to attract potential franchise partners
Develop content showcasing business model, success stories, store performance
Manage website and franchise information pages

Monitor campaign KPIs: CPL, Cost per Qualified Lead, Conversion Rate
Optimize ads targeting and messaging
A/B testing for landing pages and creatives

Coordinate production of franchise marketing materials (brochure, video, deck…)
Manage social media channels related to franchise recruitment
Support franchise events, seminars, and roadshows

Funnel analysis and recommendations for improvement
Track ROI of franchise campaigns
Weekly/monthly lead performance reports

Number of franchise leads generated
Qualified lead rate
Campaign ROI
Cost per lead (CPL)
Franchise contract conversion rate

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Understanding of sales funnel & CRM is a plus
Retail or F&B chain experience is an advantage
Experience in lead generation campaigns (franchise, retail preferred)
2+ years in Performance/Digital Marketing
Strong analytical mindset
