Job Summary
Digital Marketing Executive is the hands- on expert responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the hotel&039;s online presence and digital campaigns. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, direct bookings, and customer engagement across all digital channels, including social media, website, email, and online advertising, while analyzing performance data to ensure ROI and alignment with the hotel&039;s commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO Optimization: Collaborate with web developers to update the hotel website. Implement basic on- page SEO strategies and content updates to improve organic visibility and user experience.
Content & Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (visuals, videos, copy) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok). Foster community interaction and manage online reputation.
Campaign Management & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage end- to- end digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to promote room sales, F&B offerings, events, and packages.
Email Marketing:
Build, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automated workflows) to nurture leads and drive repeat bookings.
Partnerships & Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with local influencers, KOLs, and digital partners to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics and social insights. Provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
Proven track record in managing paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analyzing campaign performance.
Good understanding of website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum of 2- 3 years of hands- on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury retail sector.
Analytical mindset, data- driven, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced environment.
Strong content creation skills and visual sensibility. Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and video editing is a plus.
