Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy (40%)
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Build and own the overarching digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Plan and allocate budgets across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, email marketing, and others.
Lead Performance Marketing Efforts (30%)
- Continuously optimize ad spend and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Drive paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to scale revenue while optimizing costs (e.g., CAC, ROAS).
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in paid media platforms.
Optimize Website and Conversion Funnel (20%)
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, or similar platforms and suggest actionable insights.
- Work on SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the product and web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for traffic, conversion, and user experience.
Team Leadership and Collaboration (10%)
- Manage and mentor a growing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results- driven culture.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, and Operations) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure high- quality assets for campaigns (e.g., visuals, videos, copy).

- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and storytelling in the digital space.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C, e- commerce, or startup environment.
- Proven track record in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) with a strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of tools like Shopify and CRM.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross- functionally.
- Up- to- date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
- Experience in managing a small team or external agencies.
- Familiarity with D2C business models and customer behavior in e- commerce.
- Hands- on experience with SEO, SEM.
