ABOUT THE JOB:
Job Title: Digital Marketing Leader
Job Description: The successful candidate will spearhead and energize the marketing team to surpass engagement metrics, broaden market reach, and deliver outstanding brand experiences. You will devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while upholding One IBC’s exemplary standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Research and analyze international trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors across different regions to propose appropriate strategies.
Develop and implement international marketing strategies aligned with the company&039;s business objectives, focusing on global market expansion.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Product, IT) to ensure consistency in messaging and strategic execution.
Technology Deployment and Performance Optimization
Ensure seamless integration between marketing technology tools and international platforms to optimize operational processes.
Apply AI to predict customer behavior, personalize content, optimize campaign performance, and conduct deep data analysis.
Implement and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) system, ensuring effectiveness in email automation, customer data management, and campaign performance measurement.
Digital Advertising Optimization
Conduct A/B testing for content and strategies to improve campaign performance on a global scale.
Analyze and track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and other international measurement platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on international platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve the highest ROI.
Affiliate Marketing Development
Build, manage, and expand the affiliate marketing network across platforms such as Awin, CJ, and other international platforms.
Identify and collaborate with high- potential affiliates and influencers in different markets.
Monitor affiliate performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize campaign results.
Brand Management
Plan and oversee content execution (blogs, social media, email marketing, digital advertising) to position the brand as a global market leader.
Strengthen One IBC’s brand recognition in international markets, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Data- Driven Decision Making
Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and results from international campaigns.
Use data and in- depth analytics to make strategic decisions and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Team Development & Collaboration
Establish and evaluate KPIs for each team member to ensure high performance.
Manage, train, and develop the marketing team, fostering an efficient and creative working environment.
Perform other tasks as required by the Operation Director
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
Minimum of 3- 4 years of industry experience in a professional setting, with 2 years in a management role.
Expertise in managing digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. Preferred strong experience with Google Marketing products and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
