Key Responsibilities:
30% Digital Strategy Planning
Develop and execute multi- channels and comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads,
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Identify trends and insights, utilize analytical tools to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
40% Optimization
Manage all digital marketing channels organic & paid, commerce (including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and more) to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Find, leverage and enrich the brand&039;s current data resource.
Optimize content, user experience and performance on the digital spaces based on the insights and key learnings from testing campaigns or given data sources.
40% Management & Report:
Work to achieve goals set by management and work to (over) achieve these goals
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day- to- day execution of those plans by coordinating between teams.
Manage digital budget and ensure all digital initiatives are delivered within budget and timelines.
Key Skills and Experience:
Great communication skills, driven and proactive personality
Over 3 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads/Facebook’s tracking codes
Over 2 years of experience in managing e- commerce and partner e- commerce like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki
Over 3 years experience in operating paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid performance networks.
Business Level English (all skills)
