Digital Operations Executive (Marketing)

Day- to- Day Digital Operations
Ensure content, media, and functional elements are accurate, consistent, and up to date
Perform routine quality checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure platforms remain reliable and usable
Manage user access rights and permissions across platforms, in coordination with the Marketing Operations Manager
Maintain and update Easia Travel’s digital platforms and public websites according to defined standards and workflows
Coordination & Follow- Through
Track tasks and updates to ensure timely completion and proper follow- through
Act as a point of contact for operational digital requests, ensuring clarity and realistic expectations
Coordinate digital updates with internal teams (Marketing, Production, Content, Sales) based on agreed priorities
Escalate blockers, risks, or recurring issues early, with clear context and proposed next steps
Project Execution Support
Support ongoing digital projects, including platform evolution and website rebuild initiatives
Execute assigned project tasks such as content preparation, testing, QA, and rollout support
Assist in gathering feedback from internal users and consolidating it for review
Contribute to project documentation and implementation guides
Training & Digital Enablement
Assist internal teams in adopting new tools or processes by providing hands- on support when needed
Prepare clear, practical documentation and user guides for digital tools and platforms
Support the preparation and delivery of internal trainings related to digital tools, workflows, and best practices
Contribute to the creation of resources that may later support external users or partners
Reporting, Documentation & Hygiene
Maintain up- to- date documentation related to digital workflows and platform usage
Prepare basic usage reports, analysis and operational summaries as requested
Ensure consistency and good hygiene across digital assets, content, and access rights
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, or reliability and share suggestions with the Marketing Operations Manager

Competency
Exposure to digital projects through execution, testing, or rollout support
Experience coordinating updates across multiple stakeholders and following defined processes
Experience supporting internal tools or B2B platforms
Experience working in multi- country or multi- stakeholder environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
2–4 years of experience in a digital operations, digital marketing, or platform support role
Familiarity with basic analytics, reporting, or content management workflows
Experience working with websites, CMSs, or digital platforms in an operational or support capacity
Education
University: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
