ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly data- driven Digital Executive. In this hybrid role, you will be involved in the end- to- end lifecycle of a campaign- from strategic media planning and KPI forecasting to hands- on execution and continuous optimization across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, E- commerce) to strictly meet client goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Take full ownership of daily campaign operations: budget pacing, bid management, audience targeting, and A/B testing (ad formats, creatives, copywriting) to scale winning campaigns.
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across major platforms and E- commerce sites (CPAS).
Media Planning:
Assist in forecasting campaign KPIs based on budget allocation and past execution experience.
Support teams during the proposal phase by providing historical performance data and actionable channel insights.
Recommend the most effective ad formats, targeting approaches, and platform mix to achieve the client&039;s business goals.
Tracking & Analytics:
Implement and manage campaign tracking to ensure precise measurement of conversions and user behavior.
Master web analytics tools and 3rd- party ad- serving platforms to analyze traffic sources, user journeys, and drop- off points.
Reporting & Strategic Insights:
Monitor campaign data daily and prepare comprehensive performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Post- campaign).
Go beyond just reporting numbers—evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and learnings for future media planning.
Publisher & Vendor Management:
Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with local ad networks (Admicro, FPT, Zalo) and other publishers to execute media buys efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Data- Driven Mindset: Highly analytical and detail- oriented. You are comfortable working with large sets of data, analyzing web analytics, and translating them into optimization tactics.
Industry Knowledge: A solid baseline understanding of the Vietnam digital media landscape.
Tracking Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical setups for digital campaigns (tracking tags, conversion mapping, ad- serving tools).
Planning & Execution: Proven ability to build logical media plans, forecast numbers confidently, and independently set up/optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and E- commerce platforms.
Language & Communication: Good written and spoken English. Clear communication skills to explain technical performance details and media strategies to internal teams or clients.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands- on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying, or Media Planning within an agency environment.
Attitude: Confident, proactive, eager to test new ad formats, and quick to adapt to platform algorithm changes.
Work Ethic: Well- organized, efficient at multitasking, and capable of managing budgets accurately under tight deadlines.
