DIGITAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (eKYC focus)

- Fraud management on customer onboarding via eKYC.
- Prepare product policies, manuals, guidelines.
- Integrate eKYC flows into banking products and services
- Conduct UAT, pilot for product go- live.
- Training to bank staff.
- Analysis SWOT of products and services, update new related legal regulations to conduct necessary modifications and upgrade.
- Support branches in product operations.
- Propose business requirements for customer onboarding with eKYC; and other relevant products and services as assignment in alignment with the bank’s direction and strategies and legal regulations.
- In charge of product development for customer onboarding with eKYC.
- Define customer onboarding flows, including integration with internal system and external system.
- Work with stakeholders, internally and externally, for development.

- Has experience in eKYC onboarding of banking/financial customers or experience in AML, fraud management.
- Presentation skill
- Good communication (especially in writing) of English
- Knowledge about the digital products/services in banking
- At least 05 years banking product development. Experience in digital business is a plus.
- Teamwork skill
- Negotiable skill
