Direct Digital Sale Distribution Expert

This role bridges digital sales channels and FE Credit’s digital platforms, ensuring smooth integration, optimized user journeys, and effective digital adoption. The candidate will work cross- functionally to drive customer acquisition through scalable, partner- based digital sales initiatives.
- Participate in analyzing user behavior data and building performance reports per partner platform.
- Coordinate product integration, monitor channel performance, and recommend improvements to the digital customer journey to ensure KPI targets are met.
- Collaborate with digital partners (e- wallets, e- commerce platforms, consumer apps, etc.) to implement digital sales solutions.
- Perform other duties as required by the line manager.
- Support product, IT, and marketing, Risks teams in delivering digital features that drive customer acquisition and conversion.
