Director of People & Culture

Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide data- driven insights to inform decision- making
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Collaborate with senior leadership to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate risks
Oversee performance management processes and initiatives to optimize employee productivity
Manage the People & Culture budget and resource allocation effectively
Lead and mentor a team of People & Culture professionals, ensuring excellence in all People & Culture functions
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to support business growth
Develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
Spearhead organizational development programs to enhance company culture and employee engagement

Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
Experience with HR analytics and data- driven decision- making
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives
Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a must
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven expertise in strategic People & Culture planning, talent management, and organizational development
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master&039;s degree preferred
Experience in cross- cultural management and international People & Culture practices
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem- solving and conflict resolution skills
