Budget forecasting for the operation of Sales
Develop relations & business across the markets from new and existing accounts
Consolidate & check daily and weekly reports from Sales staffs, including market analysis report, special event activities and status of other competitors, in order to issue a decision of business management precisely.
Observe market trends and competitors by studying online or communicating with hoteliers or travel agent network
Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume
Setting yearly Sales plan, organize and control the implementation of the plan
Travel locally and abroad to conduct sales calls, promote the resort, and review competition.
Setting and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong command of English
Deep knowledge of Hospitality & Market trend
Diploma/ certificate in Hotel Management; Business Administration preferred
2- 3 year experience on the same position with proven track records
Computer skills
Leadership & well- organizing skills
