Distributor Excecutive

- Manage contracts, pricing policies, discounts, and related receivables.
- Establish and monitor sales targets, commercial policies, and trade terms with distributors.
- Monitor import progress (order placement, shipping schedules, customs clearance), and coordinate with distributors/forwarders to ensure timely product availability for business plans.
- Manage and supervise the operations of pharmaceutical distributors.
- Manage distributor inventories to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the NSM to plan production and import schedules aligned with market demand.
- Act as a key liaison between the Office and the distribution network.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular and ad- hoc reports as required by the Manager

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution and import procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, partner management, and sales/inventory analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business/Economics/Logistic with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical import- Fluent English
