District Manager, Hanoi

Report to: Regional Manager- North & Central Vietnam
Your Roles:
• Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling various initiatives, including performance target definition, data analysis, and territory management. Collaborate closely with team to implement effective strategies that drive performance and meet our objectives.
• Be responsible for coaching and developing the field force staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and market knowledge to excel. Leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving business strategy within the team.
• Will manage the performance budget and expenses, oversee tender management, and coordinate marketing program implementations. Expertise will also extend to key account management and ensuring high levels of customer service and distribution efficiency.
