Maintaina positive and service- oriented attitude while handling guest requests andinquiries, demonstrating genuine concern and responsiveness.
Performcheck- in and check- out procedures for guests in a warm and welcoming manner,ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Promptlyreport any guest issues or complaints to management, escalating concernseffectively to ensure timely resolution.
Processroom changes and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism, adhering tohotel policies and procedures.
Contributeto a positive and collaborative work environment by upholding professionalconduct and teamwork principles.
Activelyassist guests with their needs, promptly addressing any inquiries or concernsin a helpful and informative way.
Contribute to maintaining a clean andorganized lobby and work area, reflecting positively on the hotel&039;s image andbrand.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures,consistently maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Continuously monitor and update guestcheck- in/out lists and relevant information, ensuring accuracy and efficientguest management.
Perform other duties as assigned bymanagement, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team&039;s success.
Comprehensivelyprovide guests with information about the hotel&039;s facilities, services, andamenities, exceeding their expectations.
Actively participate in staff training anddevelopment opportunities, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Proficientin computer skills
Hardworking, honest, careful,enthusiastic, and a good team supporter
Effective communication in bothVietnamese & English, 3rd language is a plus.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Guest Reception and Menu Consultation:

Introduce the menu and inform guests about daily or seasonal specials.
Answer guests’ questions regarding dishes, ingredients, and pricing.
Welcome guests upon arrival at the restaurant or bar area.

Ensure customer satisfaction during the meal and take additional orders if needed.
Pick up dishes from the kitchen, check for accuracy, and serve them to guests.
Handle payments via cash and credit card.
Stay updated on menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
Prepare beverages and serve guests.
Prepare and present the bill upon request.
Take food and beverage orders, record them on order slips, enter them into a tablet system, or memorize them.
Forward orders to kitchen staff for preparation.

Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area.
Arrange tables, chairs, and dining utensils.
Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables.

Remember guests’ names and preferences during service.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Ability to communicate in English.
Preference will be given to candidates with internship experience at restaurants in 4–5 star hotels.
Ability to work in shifts.
Passion for the F&B (Food and Beverage) industry.
