Develop and implement health and safety protocols for our facility
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently
Adapt to the unique challenges of practising medicine in a remote island setting
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and examinations for patients
Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations
Participate in continuing medical education to stay updated with the latest medical advancements
Perform minor surgical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Coordinate with local hospitals and specialists for patient referrals and follow- ups
Provide health education and preventive care advice to patients
