Documentation Engineer

- Understand about bill of material (BOM) structure of product.- Assist in creating new Bills of Materials and maintaining existing Bills of Materials.- Requires some knowledge in Engineering Change (EC) for product from manufacture site.- Requires some knowledge and understanding of Bill of Materials within an ERP system and how they affect the manufacturing process.- Generate, update and release picking documents.- Ability to use CAD programs (Auto- CAD, Adobe Illustrator …) to investigate design and verify BOM accuracy. Conducts BOM and pick document reviews at various steps in the assembly and fabrication processes.- Close cooperation with the design department and sales departments to optimally implement customer requests- Requires the ability to understand engineering drawings to verify material usage and part quantities.- Work directly between engineering, suppliers and purchaser to ensure product BOMs are setup correctly to issue jobs.- Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of product BOMs and picking documents.

- University degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical major- Good in English communication, writing, reading- 2- 3 years experience.- Experience with ERP system.- Must be proficient in Office skill, Auto- CAD, Adobe Illustrator.- Understanding about electrical/electronic component/material.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
