The Driver has the responsibility to keep his vehicle in perfect condition at all times and to safely drive guests according to their booked itinerary.
Main Duties
• The Driver needs to ensure the proper functioning of his vehicle and must report to the Chief Concierge / Head Driver any maintenance required.
• The Driver must maintain perfect grooming at all times according to established standards.
• The Driver must maintain a dynamic and positive attitude as a hotel representative outside the premises.
• The Driver has the responsibility to keep his car perfectly clean inside & outside at all times
• The Driver must remain available to assist Bellman/Doorman during spare time or upon request from the Chief Concierge.
Guest Service Responsibilities
• The Driver must have good knowledge of the city.
• The Driver must coordinate with Concierge and Head Driver on bookings and flight updates.
• The Driver must maintain limousine standards and prepare amenities and cold towels for guests upon arrival.
• The Driver must drive safely, comply with traffic regulations and follow assigned itineraries.
• The Driver must have knowledge of hotel services and promotions.
• The Driver must ensure guest comfort at all times
Health and Safety
• Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
• Ensure safety of all persons and property within the premises.
• Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
• Ensure all staff work in a safe manner.
• Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced.
To be fully conversant with:
• Hotel security procedures.
• Hotel fire procedures.
• Hotel Facilities and attractions.
• Hotel Health and Safety policy and procedures.
• Methods of accepted payment of the company.
• Hotel standards of operation and departmental procedures.

Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Hotel Driver or in a similar guest- facing role, preferably in a luxury 5- star hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with international guests in a luxury environment.
• Strong familiarity with Hanoi routes, tourist attractions, and airport/hotel transfer procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, overnight, and public holidays as operationally required.
• Fluent in English (verbal communication required); additional languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and professional driving etiquette.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for daily reporting and communication.
• Possession of a valid B2 driving license or above with an excellent driving record.
• Basic knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.
