Client communication and demand management
- Lead client brief meetings, accurately record and compile client requirements, and formulate executable project plans.
- Track client feedback in real- time and quickly coordinate internal team responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and local Vietnamese or Chinese livestreaming/short- video clients, deeply understanding the client&039;s brand identity, target audience, and sales objectives.
Project planning and execution
- Track and analyze livestream/short- video data (e.g., views, conversion rate, sales revenue), conduct regular performance reviews, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Monitor project execution progress, promptly identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure project milestones and delivery results are met.
- Based on client needs, coordinate the operations, creative, scripting, streamer/KOL, shooting, and post- production teams to ensure the efficient and timely output of livestream and short- video content.
- Drive and control the quality of execution steps such as livestream scheduling, product listing, promotional activities, and content scripting.
Client relationship maintenance and business growth
- Proactively identify new cooperation needs from clients and propose value- added solutions (e.g., new product exposure, brand events, KOL collaborations, etc.).
- Support the business development team with new client proposals and project quotations.
- Maintain existing client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and increase the repurchase rate.
Cross- departmental collaboration and internal communication
- Participate in internal strategy meetings, providing client market insights and execution feedback.
- Assist the superior in project resource coordination and risk management.
- Maintain highly efficient communication with the local Vietnamese execution team, ensuring project progress information is synchronized.
Yêu cầu công việc
Position requirements:
- Service- minded and result- oriented mindset; capable of developing practical, executable plans based on client objectives.
- Deep familiarity with Southeast Asian e- commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, as well as the local livestreaming ecosystem.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in e- commerce third- party operations (TP/Agency), managing livestreaming projects, or brand client management.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
- Bachelor&039;s degree or above (or in a relevant field), with a major in Marketing, E- commerce, Media, or Advertising strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and clear logical thinking; must be able to efficiently drive projects forward in a fast- paced, multi- tasking environment.
- Strong data analysis sense; proficient in using basic spreadsheet and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Notion, Trello, etc.).
