Job Description
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Respond to foreign customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner through marketplace communication channels.
Monitor customer feedback and preferences to support product content optimization.
Support the daily operations of the company’s e- commerce platforms to ensure accurate product presentation and smooth customer interaction.
Track and report basic performance metrics related to e- commerce operations.
Support remote livestream backend operations including setup, monitoring, and coordination.
Ensure accurate SKU management and update inventory information across e- commerce platforms.
Collaborate with Singapore internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Create and maintain product listings, including carousel images, promotional banners, and product descriptions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as recording product information and maintaining organized operational data.
100% work directly with Singapore managers to receive daily tasks
Requirements
Basic understanding of e- commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
Bachelor’s degree or final- year student in Marketing, E- Commerce, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields (Required)
Basic skills in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop are a plus.
Strong English communication skills (Required, TOEIC must be greater than 700)
Basic understanding of administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
Experience with customer service platforms such as BigSeller or DUOKE is an advantage.
Ability to use AI tools to support content creation and operational tasks is a plus

Working Hours & Location
Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday & alternating Saturdays. (Possible to work remotely after receiving training and becoming familiar with the job.)
