E-commerce Executive (Direct Sales Executive)

Actively participate in team meetings and training.
Handle and grow a portfolio of clients through direct engagement.
Communicate professionally via email, phone, face- to- face meetings, website, Fan page and OTA channels.
Follow up with clients before, during, and after their stay/meals to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and accounting departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Support teammates when needed and share best practices.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Prepare customized tour programs and/or F&B services based on client needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Submit weekly, monthly, and annual sales and revenue reports to the manager.
Create and deliver accurate, competitive quotations in a timely manner.
Offer value- added services and suggestions to improve client experience.
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely support to clients throughout the sales cycle.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Mature, self- driven, possessing intellectual sales skill
0- 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Knowledge of Cruises and/or F&B products, destinations, and OTA platforms is an advantage.
Advanced level of both spoken and written English
