E-Commerce Operation Leader (Shopee, Lazada)

Responsible for all operation of daily ecommerce platforms, including strategy, details plan, results measure,... to promote the achievement of sales target;
In charge of analyzing all the data effectively, including find out the actual reasons, risks... and have detailed solutions;
Aside with warehouse dept to monitor and control inventory status to ensure the available goods for sales campaigns;
Other tasks required by company.
Support other depts to ensure the achievement of project objectives;
Manage and train the team to improve the overall skills to achieve goals;

More than 3 years exp in E- commerce Operation;
Strong data, market analysis ability, good problem analysis and solving ability;
Fluency in English;
Metric- oriented, but still come up with creative problem solutions, and not afraid to try new ideas.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields;
Strong sense of responsibility, strain ability and strong execution ability;
Work proactively and actively;
Have exp at Leader position, strong at team management skills;
Strong communication ability, team organization and coordination;
