Position: E- commerce Sales Specialist (Chinese- speaking required)
Location: 142/32 Nguyễn Thị Thập, phường Tân Thuận, HCMC (phường Bình Thuận, Quận 7 cũ)
Responsibilities
Stay updated on industry trends, platform policies, and emerging tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage, optimize, and maintain product listings to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
Perform other tasks assigned by team leaders as needed.
Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and provide insights to support sales and marketing decisions.
Develop and execute e- commerce growth strategies to increase sales and brand visibility on platforms such as Wayfair.
Oversee inventory- related processes for e- commerce channels to ensure availability and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product development, and supply chain teams to support e- commerce initiatives.
Track and report key KPIs, using data- driven recommendations to improve business performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E- commerce, Design, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and thrive in a fast- paced, high- growth environment.
• Strong project management capabilities with hands- on experience in e- commerce operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
• Factory or manufacturing- related experience is an advantage (helps with product understanding, lead time control, and supply chain coordination).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and capable of communicating in Chinese; Vietnamese- speaking ability is a plus for Chinese candidates living in Vietnam.
• Self- driven, curious, and highly motivated.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to delivering results.
