E-commerce Supervisor (Pet Food)

DESCRIPTIONS:
Shopee Platform & Sales Leadership
 Own the P&L for the e- commerce channel, tracking GMV, Net Sales, and contribution margins.
 Manage online receivables and coordinate with Finance to ensure account settlements according to credit terms.
 End- to- end setting up and management of the Shopee Mall/Official Store or any ecommerce platform as needed, including product listings, pricing strategy, and inventory health.
 Prepare monthly e- commerce sales reports, forecasts, and digital customer databases for management review.
 Develop and execute the 2026 sales calendar.
 Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets and targets specifically for the e- commerce channel.
Full- Stack Digital Marketing (On- Platform)
 Shopee Live & Engagement: Lead the livestreaming strategy and feed content to build community engagement within the app.
 Traffic & Conversion: Manage E- commerce Marketing Solutions (including but not limited to Shopee Ads, Flash Sales, and Discovery Ads).
 Off- Platform to On- Platform: Execute CPAS (Collaborative Ads) on Facebook/Instagram.
Operations & Logistics (Build vs. Buy)
 External Management: Oversee relationships with E- commerce Enablers or 3PL providers.
 In- House Capability: If needed, design and build our in- house fulfillment process and website, including warehouse layout, packing standards, and shipping integrations.
Hybrid "All- Rounder" Marketing
 Traditional Support: Design and coordinate the production of Point- of- Sale Materials (POSM) and offline activations when e- commerce initiatives overlap with physical retail.
 Brand Consistency: Ensure that the "look and feel" of the pet food brand is consistent across the app and physical pet shops.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Must possess at least a Bachelor&039;s/College Degree in Business.
 5 years in E- commerce, specifically within the Vietnamese market. FMCG or Pet Food experience is a major plus.
