Commercial Management:
Manage and optimize the performance of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and the WebStore to achieve sales targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, boost product visibility, and increase conversions.
Digital Marketing:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition across all channels.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each platform to maximize online presence and customer engagement.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with external partners and marketplace representatives to enhance brand visibility and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth product flow and execution of business plans.
Sales & Inventory Planning:
Regularly monitor sales performance, make data- driven adjustments, and report necessary actions to the line manager.
Build and manage sales forecasts and business plans for each platform, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Oversee inventory planning and management to prevent stock shortages and optimize sales opportunities.
Performance Reporting & Adjustment:
Prepare and present regular performance reports, ensuring data- driven insights are acted upon promptly.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and refine business strategies.
Onsite & E- commerce Management:
Ensure smooth customer experiences across platforms to drive engagement and sales.
Manage all onsite elements, including product deployment, e- commerce functionality, landing pages, tracking, banners, user flows, and other assets essential for effective campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance team in reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financial records.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to broader e- commerce strategies and business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Ecommerce with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience with both marketplace, livestream platforms and webstore
Proven track record of managing successful online sales channels
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with a data- driven approach.
Proven track record of managing commercial on marketplace effectively.
Fluency in English Communication, report directly to expat Line Manager
