Ecommerce & Marketing Lead

- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Growth Strategy & Online- Offline Integrations:+ Serve as an online and offline expert.+ Conduct in- depth market analysis.+ Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time- bound) goals and define clear growth objectives.- Data- Driven Growth:+ Possess strong data analytics knowledge.+ Lead testing and optimization initiatives.+ Ensure clear and concise reporting- Channel and Product Optimization+ Acquisition: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to identify and optimize channels for attracting new potential users (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, Referral, Influencer marketing...). Ensure acquisition campaigns are cost- optimized and effective.+ Retention: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention (email marketing, push notifications, product features...). Work with Customer Service to better understand customer pain points and improve the overall experience to reduce churn.- Sales Team Management & Development:+ Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to achieve their targets.+ Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide corrective solutions when necessary.+ Ensure the team understands and adheres to company sales and customer service processes.- Performance Analysis & Reporting:+ Closely monitor key growth metrics (revenue, profit, market share, channel efficiency, etc.).+ Prepare regular reports on strategy effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments.+ Utilize data to make strategic decisions and optimize operations.- Collaboration & Partnerships:+ Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to identify and execute growth initiatives.+ Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.- Leadership & Team Management:+ Focus on team building & development+ Foster cross- functional Collaboration

- 5 years of experience in roles related to Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Hacking, with a preference for experience in retail, e- commerce, or specifically the metalworking, electronics- Strong skill in+ Growth mindset+ Analytical & Problem- solving skills+ Leadership+ Communication & Collaboration Skills- Personal qualities:+ Passion+ Proactive+ High Sense of Responsibility+ Meticulous & Detail- Oriented
