Education Consultant Leader Thailand

Salary: 12.000 – 17.000 THB + commission
Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of 4–5 members.
Provide consultation to customers via phone and arrange trial courses that best suit customers’ needs.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and the Pancake chat application.
Support team members when necessary.
Coordinate the opening of classes and arrange class schedules.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work full- time, 6 days per week (online/remote work).
Clear goal- oriented mindset; hardworking, persistent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Thai.
Careful, disciplined, and responsible in work execution.
At least 6 months of experience in sales.
Energetic, proactive, and possessing a strong “can- do” attitude (always ready to take on new challenges).
