Employer Brand & Internal Communication

Employer Branding:

Build and nurture relationships with universities and relevant organizations to support recruitment efforts.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employer brand.
Collaborate with relevant departments/ agencies to create and maintain a compelling employee value proposition (EVP).
Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.

Internal Communication:

Create and manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and employee events.
Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make improvements as needed.
Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the organization.
Develop and implement an internal communication strategy that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company&039;s goals and values.

Content Creation:

Develop employee stories, success stories, and company updates to build a strong brand image.
Produce engaging and informative content for both internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations.

Employee Engagement:

Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and make data- driven improvements.
Organize and promote employee recognition programs and events.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment with the company&039;s goals.
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute internal communication strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling content.
Bachelor&039;s degree.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and data analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Must Have: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proven experience in employer branding, internal communication, or a related role.
