The Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing employer branding initiatives to enhance company awareness, attract high- quality talent, and create a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding Communication
Develop strategic content including life at work, culture, career development, and business impact stories.
Manage and maintain consistent employer brand identity across social media, ensuring alignment in messaging and visuals.
Create diverse content (social posts, video scripts, employer stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and recruitment channels.
Monitor insights and performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and optimize communication plans accordingly.
Develop long- term content direction and communication plans for employer branding.
Employer Branding Campaigns & Activities
Conceptualize and execute quarterly/annual employer branding campaigns:
Themed branding campaigns (culture, career, people, etc.)
Recruitment marketing campaigns for key hiring positions
Partner with the Internal Communication team to drive internal branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s image from within.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent recruitment messaging and align with business needs.
University Partnership & Talent Pipeline
Enhance campus presence through booths, workshops, guest speaker sessions, and other activations.
Organize and execute programs such as Career Talks, Company Tours, and Ambassador Programs.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, student clubs, departments, and student organizations.
Project Management & Cross- functional Collaboration
Work with agencies and production partners to develop content (photos, videos, key visuals, microsites, etc.).
Collect employee stories and embed company culture into communication activities.
Support Internal Communication when needed (internal events, social content, etc.).
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for employer branding projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Must- have
Strong brand- thinking capability with storytelling and messaging development skills.
Proficient in content creation (PR articles, social content, scripts, interviews, etc.).
4–5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Branding/Marketing, or Recruitment Marketing.
Creative, proactive, and able to analyze data and insights.
Understanding of social media management, especially Facebook and LinkedIn.
Strong project management, budgeting, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Nice- to- have
Experience in retail, FMCG, or e- commerce environments is a plus.
Basic multimedia production skills (writing – shooting – filming – basic editing).
Experience working with universities or running campus activities.
Experience building or contributing to medium- to- large- scale communication campaigns.
