Engineer Chinese Speaking

* About the RoleWe are a German/Swiss internationally renowned company with a small, growing operation in Vietnam looking for a hands- on Engineering to oversee all aspects of mechanical and maintenance for our assembly lines.* Key Responsibilities- Be responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, lubrication, fastening and cleaning of factory production equipment and mechanical equipment to reduce equipment failure rate.- Timely handle sudden equipment failures, complete repair, parts replacement, commissioning and other work to ensure normal production.- Participate in the installation, relocation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, and assist in minor equipment modification and technical optimization.- Standardize and fill in equipment inspection records, maintenance records, repair records and spare parts requisition ledgers for traceable data.- Manage maintenance tools and spare parts, conduct regular inventory, application and sorting to ensure sufficient maintenance supplies.- Strictly implement equipment safety operation procedures, maintain on- site 5S and safety protection to avoid safety accidents.

* Who You Are- A proactive logical problem- solver who pays meticulous attention to detail.- Comfortable wearing many hats in a small- team setting.- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Strong communicator- Quick and fact- based decision maker.* Job Requirements- Technical secondary school or above, major in Mechatronics, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical or related is preferred.- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in mechanical / equipment maintenance; factory equipment maintenance experience is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable.- Able to read mechanical drawings and equipment schematic diagrams, proficient in using basic maintenance tools.- Capable of equipment troubleshooting and maintenance; earnest, responsible and practical.- Able to adapt to shift work, overtime and emergency repairs in the workshop; hard- working and team‑oriented.- Candidates with Electrician Certificate, Welder Certificate, Special Equipment Operation Certificate or other relevant certificates are preferred.- Fluent speaking in Chinese and Vietnamese.
