Engineer, Stamping Process

Monitor production quality performance and collaborate with engineers and technicians for necessary repairs and maintenance.
Lead the maintenance and improvement of machines, equipment, and press- dies.
Facilitate training and information exchange meetings to address non- conformance and improve overall productivity and quality.
Ensure operators adhere to standard operating procedures and processes.
Contribute to establishing and implementing PFMEA, standards, work instructions, and other procedural documents.

Additional expertise in Kaizen and basic management principles.
Exhibit skills in performance assessment, standards creation, and human relations.
Possess a college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Demonstrate strong knowledge in engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Participation in Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, or International Standards Organization (ISO) initiatives is a plus
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies.
Strong on- the- job training and coaching skills to enhance team performance.
Proficient in design and AutoCAD.
