Engineering Coordinator / Điều Phối Viên Bộ phận Kỹ Thuật

Co- ordinate and respond to telephone requests from guests and general work requests, direct and dispatch work assignments to Engineering trades via telephone, paging system or radio.
• Co- ordinate the preventative maintenance programs;
• Maintain work order request board, assign work request to engineering associates and return completed work orders to respective originating departments as per standard and procedure.
(a) Inputting data and procedures for Hotel’s preventative maintenance systems
(b) Allocation of weekly preventative maintenance
(c) Maintain accurate records of all equipment
(d) Maintain accurate records of Fire / Life Safety (7years) and completed preventative maintenance
• Provide Secretarial support to the Hotel’s Engineering Managers;
(b) Maintain and co- ordinate appointments, meetings and inspection schedules
(e) Compose and type all outgoing correspondence for the Engineering Managers
(c) Co- ordinate Engineering associate fortnightly / monthly time sheets ensuring they are submitted to payroll
(h) Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, typing and distribution of same
(f) Establish and maintain trace file in regard to all scheduled inspections required by local law
(a) Ensure all office supply levels are maintained
(g) Date stamp all incoming communications
(d) Set up and maintain efficient filing system

Less than 1- year related work experience
No supervisory experience is required
No high school diploma/No G.E.D. equivalent
