Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention (PCCC), and maintain a clean and organized work environment. / Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, PCCC; duy trì khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
Supervise contractors performing HVAC- related works, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations. / Giám sát nhà thầu thi công/bảo trì hệ thống HVAC, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn khách sạn và quy định an toàn.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption; propose solutions to optimize operations and reduce energy costs. / Theo dõi, phân tích tiêu thụ năng lượng; đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa vận hành và tiết kiệm chi phí điện năng.
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of system operations and maintenance data. / Thực hiện báo cáo kỹ thuật và cập nhật đầy đủ hồ sơ vận hành, bảo trì hệ thống.

Supervise the operation of all HVAC systems (Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and BMS) to ensure stable and efficient performance. / Giám sát vận hành toàn bộ hệ thống HVAC (Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU, FCU, hệ thống thông gió và BMS) đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, hiệu quả.
