Lockout power sources / restore power sources./Thực hiện ngắt nguồn điện và khôi phục nguồn điện theo quy trình.
Ensure all workshops and working areas are kept clean, tidy and safe./Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và an toàn.
Report to work at the scheduled time, well- groomed and in the correct uniform./Có mặt đúng giờ làm việc, tác phong chỉnh tề và mặc đúng đồng phục theo quy định.
Operate, install and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing and water distribution systems, steam systems and kitchen equipment./Vận hành, lắp đặt và bảo trì các thiết bị điện – cơ khí, bao gồm hệ thống HVAC, cấp thoát nước, hơi và thiết bị bếp.
Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments./Hỗ trợ vận hành trơn tru và hiệu quả Bộ phận Kỹ thuật nhằm hỗ trợ các bộ phận vận hành khác.
Be responsible for the operation and installation of all equipment and engineering systems. Oversee the general repair and maintenance of the hotel./Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành và lắp đặt toàn bộ thiết bị, hệ thống kỹ thuật; giám sát công tác sửa chữa và bảo trì chung của khách sạn.
Take full responsibility for the performance of departmental activities within the shift; immediately bring to your manager’s attention any problem arises./Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả công việc trong ca; báo cáo ngay cho quản lý khi có vấn đề phát sinh.
Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program./Thực hiện bảo trì phòng khách theo chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa.
Walk through, maintain request priority and handle guest requests timely./Thực hiện kiểm tra thực tế, ưu tiên và xử lý các yêu cầu của khách kịp thời.
Perform inspections of operating machinery, plant rooms and systems./Kiểm tra máy móc vận hành, phòng kỹ thuật và các hệ thống liên quan.
Ensure all equipment is used according to manufacturers’ recommendations and maintained in good condition./Đảm bảo thiết bị được sử dụng đúng hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất và luôn trong tình trạng tốt.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field./Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or engineering field./Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khách sạn hoặc kỹ thuật.
Basic English communication skills./Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
