Operator Cloud provides a platform for our corporate customers to automate the accommodation workflows of Insurance claimants, Crews and Project Teams. It connects both to customer and the internal HRS systems to heavily drive process automation. The Operator Cloud is offered as SaaS and built upon a modern tech stack (Dotnet, React, Azure, Kubernetes, SOA). 

We are looking for a Team Lead Engineering (all genders) who loves to build top notch SAAS application delivering an outstanding user experience for Travelers, Meeting Planners and Hotel Partners.

Collaborate with other people responsible for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest cloud architecture.
Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
Lead an engineering team of 4 members to develop and maintain excellent software products.
Coach engineers to leverage generative Al tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Code Whisperer, etc., to accelerate software delivery
Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners and other stakeholders at Head Quarter to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
Manage and support team members to become a highly performing engineering team.
Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You&039;ll be reviewing code, writing design documents, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.
Coach engineers to adopt best practices in software development lifecycle, such as Infrastructure as Code, Automated testing, Continuous Integration- Continuous Delivery/Deployment, etc.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Experience: 5+ years of experience in programming software using C, modern cloud software architecture, and related technologies.
Technology and Management Expertise:

Knowledge of and experience in working with agile methodologies
Significant experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (C, Java, Go, Python,…)
2+ years experience in technical leadership over high performing engineering teams.
Solid understanding of core software engineering concepts and API designs
Experience implementing and running high- performing containerized applications at scale on Azure

Vision and Execution:

Strong accountability for meeting tactical objectives and commitments within the established methodological framework.
Experience in developing concepts and leading development execution of market- leading Saas product offerings.
Ability to implement and achieve a compelling vision for the future, with actionable plans to achieve long term objectives.

Leadership and Communication:

Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and inspire the team.
Effective presentation and speaking skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of different stakeholders
