Engineering Technical Coordinator

This position is designed for candidates seeking to develop their career in engineering operations and coordination. As an Engineering Technical Coordinator, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and engineering team to support daily operations, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities.
You will gain hands- on exposure to a wide range of engineering functions, while developing key skills in planning, scheduling, communication, and technical coordination. This role offers a strong foundation for future growth into engineering supervisory and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities

Track project milestones and support strategic planning initiatives
Analyze engineering processes and recommend improvements
Lead initiatives on sustainability & continuous improvement
Facilitate communication between engineering teams and other departments
Prepare reports, presentations, and planning materials
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate technical works and engineering workflows

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with MS Office, project management software, and ability to learn new technical systems quickly
Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Eager to learn and develop into engineering leadership
Detail- oriented with strong analytical thinking
