[English] Junior Operation Executive

You will work closely with Project Managers, developers, and internal users to ensure requests are properly handled, tracked, and completed.
It is suited for someone who already has real working experience and is looking to build a strong foundation in operations, coordination, and structured execution.
What You’ll Do
This role is for someone who is mature, dependable, and detail- oriented, and who takes responsibility for seeing tasks through — not just receiving instructions.
Internal Systems & Request Coordination

Convert user requests into clear, structured tickets
Track progress, follow up proactively, and close tasks properly
Maintain accurate records of requests and outcomes
Act as a coordination point between internal users and technical teams

User Onboarding & Support

Serve as first- line support for basic user questions and access requests
Log issues, bugs, and feedback in a structured manner
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for internal systems

Operations Support

Keep trackers, documentation, and shared files organized
Flag risks, delays, or unclear requirements early
Support internal operations and recurring administrative tasks

Requirement

Strong sense of responsibility and follow- through
Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, admin, coordination, support, or similar roles
Basic Excel and computer skills
Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
Organized, careful, and reliable in daily work
Fluent in written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree
