Mô tả công việc
ERP User Support
Collaborate with ICT and the Project team to maintain optimal ERP performance.
Handle feedback from other departments (Sales, Reservation, Operations, Accounting teams…) across all destinations on ERP user issues and resolve errors as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Project team for further support.
Assist users in using ERP.
Identify root causes of errors and share common mistakes, prevention tips, and solutions with relevant departments.
Training for New Sales Staff
Provide ongoing support and follow- up as required.
Coordinate training schedules with Sales Team Leaders and execute agreed plans.
Develop and update training materials, tools, and user guides, e- learning courses.
Conduct ERP training for new sales staff (send guides, facilitate practice, explain procedures, answer questions).
Document ERP functions needing improvement during training and usage.
ERP Implementation
Coordinate with department heads and ERP Support Executives across destinations to implement ERP.
Train users in Vietnam and assist other destinations with new ERP functions.
Advise Database team on data updates.
Support in developing the ERP system
Clarify needs and communicate with developers.
Gather user feedback and requirements for the Project team.
Test new functions and involve staff in ERP testing.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Technical/ Economy or other related fields
Fluent in English
Prefer to have good knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel, and Tourism Management
Good analytical, problem- solving, and strong decision- making skills
Good presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
Self- motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
