ESG Research & Analysis- Nghiên cứu & phân tích ESG:

Collect and synthesize information on domestic and international ESG technology trends. (Thu thập, tổng hợp thông tin các xu hướng công nghệ mới về ESG trong và ngoài nước.)
Research ESG models from practical business cases to propose suitable applications for the company. (Nghiên cứu các mô hình ESG từ doanh nghiệp thực tế để đề xuất hướng áp dụng phù hợp.)
Analyze data related to environmental, social, and governance factors. (Phân tích dữ liệu liên quan đến môi trường, xã hội và quản trị.)

Project Implementation Support- Tham gia triển khai dự án ESG

Directly participate in the company’s ESG projects, including environmental, CSR, community, and internal initiatives. (Tham gia trực tiếp vào các dự án ESG của công ty, môi trường, CSR, cộng đồng, nội bộ).
Coordinate with various departments to deploy activities and track project progress. (Phối hợp với các phòng ban để triển khai và theo dõi tiến độ dự án).
Assist in proposing and executing ESG ideas that align with business operations. (Hỗ trợ đề xuất và thực hiện các sáng kiến ESG phù hợp với hoạt động doanh nghiệp).

Reporting & Documentation- Hỗ trợ xây dựng báo cáo & tài liệu

Support the development of the annual Sustainability Report. (Tham gia xây dựng báo cáo phát triển bền vững).
Update ESG indicators based on actual operational performance. (Cập nhật các chỉ số ESG theo hoạt động thực tế).
Prepare data and materials for internal reports and partner communications. (Chuẩn bị tài liệu, dữ liệu phục vụ báo cáo nội bộ và đối tác).

Data Management- Quản lý dữ liệu & theo dõi

Update and manage the company&039;s ESG database. (Cập nhật và quản lý dữ liệu ESG)
Monitor the implementation timeline of ongoing ESG projects. (Theo dõi tiến độ triển khai các dự án ESG).

Education: 3rd or 4th- year students or fresh graduates in Economics, Management, Environment, Agriculture, Biology, or related fields.
English: Good English skills – IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of or interest in ESG, CSR, or Sustainability.
Research, synthesis, and information analysis skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Communication, teamwork, eagerness to learn, honesty, meticulousness, and responsibility.
Flexible situation handling and problem- solving skills.

Training: Participation in professional and soft skills training courses.
