Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Event Marketing Senior Executive in AEON MALL Binh Tan.

+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan- No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, An Lac Ward, HCMC.
+ Report to: Deputy Manager
Job summary:
Plan, develop, and evaluate offline marketing campaigns related to various fields: POSM, decoration, activation, event, advertisement and promotion to attract customers and boost sales for tenants. Cooperate with outside partners to promote CSR, CSV, SDGs activities to build brand awareness and positioning.
Detailed job description:
Make periodical marketing plan/activities to attract customers to increase tenant sales and promote
customer interaction. Manage and control budget (20%);
Cooperate with outside partner to promote CSR, CSV, SDGs activities in order to contribute to community
and build brand awareness / positioning (15%);
Cooperate with Sales team to plan and implement boost sales activities to push sales for Tenants (15%);
Manage tasks of event team to ensure the team work, make the discipline, create the internal code of
conduct. By that, innovate a standard of action for any member to follow, act and check (15%);
Cooperate with agencies, vendors to run campaign smoothly and successfully, guarantee the affect
f campaign related to quality, budget, customer satisfaction and process internal document procedure efficiently (10%);
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%).
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, methods, costs, and results to improve campaign performance (10%);
Make quality and on time report: campaign report, monthly report and other reports as assigned (10%);
