Event Specialist

MAIN PURPOSE:
As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering successful events by understanding client needs, developing tailored event proposals, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution. This position requires strong client engagement, effective cross- functional collaboration, and the ability to manage events from concept development to post- event evaluation, while continuously improving event formats and customer experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:

Develop and propose new event formats, themes, and event typologies to enhance customer engagement and service offerings.
Work closely with Operations and Business Development teams to define event concepts and develop proposals that align with client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships to support long- term collaboration and repeat business.
Ensure the smooth deployment and service delivery during the event, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and follow up on event preparation, including logistics, materials, vendors, and timelines.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations for each event.
Collect and analyze customer feedback after events to identify opportunities for improvement.

JOB
REQUIREMENTS

At least 02 years of experience in event organization, activation, hospitality, or similar roles.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English is an advantage.
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique event experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and client management skills.
