Expert, Retail & Small Business Banking Credit Risk Underwriting

Job Purpose
Carry out the tasks of Retail & Small Business Banking Credit Risk Underwriting team on the basis ofunderstanding customers by segment, providing optimal financial solutions to enhance customer experience,balance benefits and risks of the Customer and the Bank, in line with the Bank&039;s credit orientation
Key Accountabilities
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all credit appraisal and measurement results given.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc.
- Understand and commit to strictly comply with information security policies
- Participating in organizational culture work at the facility in accordance with the organizational culture orientation of the Division/ Bank.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Actively participate fully in group/department/Center/bank training activities
- Participate in the development of products, processes, and guidelines related to personal credit & small businesscredit
- Detect and warn within the scope of personal appraisal about potentially risky behaviors for the bank
- Understanding each customer segment, focusing on customer experience and balancing risks between thebenefits of the bank and customers.
- Measure and fully assess credit risk indicators
- Proposing measures to control and minimize credit risks
- Provide financial solutions suitable for the customer&039;s portrait
- Self- study and improve professional knowledge.
- Participate in consulting for customers / business units to come up with a financial solution structure suitable forcustomers&039; needs
Other responsibilities:
- Other tasks assigned by direct managers and upper management.
