Mô tả công việc

- CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results- driven Export Product Assistant Manager to:+ Perform the role of global product development based on market research & monitoring competitor.+ Set up the processing OEM/ ODM through working collaboratively with R&D, Marketing, Sales to support and promote the Export Sales.+ Mani communication channel with oversea MKT, internal V/C to manage timeline and find out best solution.+ Increase sales – increase company profits by selling products or services.- Key Responsibilities+ Managing all export product.+ New product development with R&D, MKT based on global market research.+ Food compliance check for target country with FSC.+ Communicate with HQ C2C team for developing new product and market opportunities.+ Export process setting for OEM/ODM sourcing product from VN supplier.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent.- Experience: At least 03 years of working experience in Marketing/ Trading (Export). Experienced of frozen food export will be preferred.* Skills:- Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels- Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills- Understanding the oversea markets/ export sales- Good management, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills- Coaching skills- staff training- Good communication in English- Attributes: Good Team player, result- oriented, self- motivation and collaborative.

Quyền lợi

- Lương cao, tăng ca được tính nhân 1.5 (ngày thường), nhân 2 (ngày chủ nhật). Công việc ổn định lâu dài.- Được hưởng các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN và các chế độ khác như Bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24 hoặc Khám sức khoẻ định kỳ hàng năm… theo quy định của công ty.- Được tổ chức sinh nhật, sinh hoạt tập thể định kỳ hàng tháng, thưởng các ngày lễ, tết, thăm hỏi….- Được mua hàng giảm giá từ các sản phẩm của Công ty & của tập đoàn CJ.- Xét duyệt thăng cấp theo từng định kỳ hàng năm.- Cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp với Công ty.- Làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện
