Export Sales Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail- oriented Export Sales Assistant Manager to join our team. The Export Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving international sales growth by implementing strategic plans, identifying new markets, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Overseeing logistics and documentation processes and mitigates risks associated with international trade to expand market and volume and achieve revenue targets.
Market Research:

Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Sales & Marketing:

Implement export strategies and prepare sales reports.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Pricing and offering to customers.

Compliance:

Contact the forwarder to book shipments and coordinate to send the export plan with all relevant parties (factory and logistics service).
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and manage export documentation.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with international- clients and partners

Others:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to international trade.
Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure smooth product delivery to customers.
Financial Management: Manage export pricing, quotations, and monitor budgets and expenses for customers in charge

Bachelor&039;s Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field is often required or have a passion for it
Ability to multi- task, proactive & Strong planning & team building
At least 2 years of working experience with similar position
Strong abilities in written and spoken English
International Trade Regulations, Sales & Negotiation, Communication Skills
